家常好味道~紅燒豆腐

步驟

板豆腐切成厚度1公分片狀 Sliced tofu cut into 1cm thick slices

香菇切片 sliced shiitake mushrooms

胡蘿蔔切絲 shredded carrot

辣椒斜切片 sliced peppers

蒜苗斜切片 Sliced Garlic

鍋中倒入一點油,油熱後放入豆腐片 Pour a little oil into the pan, add tofu slices after the oil is hot

煎到上色後,翻面,將另一面也煎到上色後推至一旁 Fry until browned, turn over, and fry the other side until browned, then push aside

放入香菇、胡蘿蔔根辣椒,翻炒 Add shiitake mushrooms, carrot root pepper, stir fry

香菇開始出水後放入醬油 Add soy sauce after the shiitake mushrooms start to ooze out of water
