鳳爪燒冬瓜-享瘦料理
描述
低卡利尿的冬瓜,加上利水消腫且能促進血液循環的黃耆,再加上有豐富膠蛋白質的鳳爪。美味又好吃的瘦身料理。

冬瓜去除瓜囊並洗乾淨後,連皮切成小塊 After the wax gourd is removed the sac and washed, cut into small pieces with the skin

雞爪放入滾水中汆燙後,撈出 Put the chicken feet into the boiling water and blanch, then take out

乾香菇用水泡軟 Dried shiitake mushrooms soaked in water until soft

將切成塊的冬瓜及汆燙後的雞爪放入鍋中 Put the diced winter melon and the blanched chicken feet into the pot

再加入黃耆、薑片及泡軟的香菇 Then add astragalus, ginger slices and soaked shiitake mushrooms

蓋上鍋蓋,用小火煮15分鐘 Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes

15分鐘後掀開鍋蓋,加入1大匙醬油 After 15 minutes, lift the lid and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

再加入1小匙味醂調味,之後再蓋上鍋蓋煮10-15分鐘 Add 1 tsp mirin to taste, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes

10-15分鐘後,確認冬瓜及雞爪都熟了,且水已經差不多收乾,就煮好了。 After 10-15 minutes, confirm that the winter melon and chicken feet are cooked, and the water is almost dry.
