塔香茄子煲

Q香的麵腸搭配軟香的茄子,簡單好吃

茄子切小段 Sliced eggplant

麵腸切小段 rolled flour gluten cut into small pieces

薑切片 Ginger cut into ginger slices

辣椒切小段 Chili cut into small pieces

油鍋加熱至放入筷子會產生小氣泡 Heat the frying pan until the chopsticks are put in and there will be small bubbles

放入麵腸油炸2分鐘-2分半鐘後撈出 Put in the sausage and fry for 2-2.5 minutes, then remove

茄子放入油炸1分鐘後撈出 Fry the eggplant for 1 minute, then remove

鍋中加入少許油,放入薑及辣椒炒出香味 Add a little oil to the pot, add ginger and chili and fry until fragrant

再放入油炸過的麵腸及茄子 Add in fried rolled flour gluten and eggplant

略炒過後,加入1大匙醬油 After frying for a while, add 1 tbsp soy sauce

再加入1大匙蠔油 Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce

加入1小匙糖 add 1 tsp sugar

加入少許鹽 add a pinch of salt

調味料拌勻後,加入200cc水,水滾後煮1-2分鐘 After the seasoning is mixed well, add 200cc of water, boil the water for 1-2 minutes

再用太白粉水勾芡 Thicken with tapioca Starch water

放入九層塔拌炒出香味 Add basil and stir fry until fragrant
