甜豆炒蝦仁

Q脆的蝦仁,肉厚有彈性的香菇,鮮甜的甜豆,交織出美味的三部曲
食材
步驟

蝦仁~清洗過並擦乾水份,加入鹽0.5公克,抓拌一下 Shrimp ~ washed and dried, add 0.5 grams of salt, mix well

再加入1小匙蛋白液,拌勻 Add 1 teaspoon egg white, mix well

最後加入1/2小匙玉米粉,抓拌均勻後,放一旁醃漬、備用 Finally, add 1/2 tsp of corn flour, mix well, put aside to marinate and set aside
