自製豬肉乾

描述
家人喜歡吃肉乾,每次買都要花要1-2000,想想自己來做。
自己做,可以依照自己喜歡的調味,而且沒有添加防腐或增色等添加物,好吃又健康。
步驟

將豬肉剁成肉末(剁的樂細越好) Mince the pork with a knife
