【照燒五部曲 】第三部 ~梅醬照燒
描述
加入梅子的照燒醬,更加清爽,甜味平衡的很好,搭配洋蔥很好吃,吃的時候,來杯啤酒就更棒了。
步驟

雞翅450公克,翅腿部分切開 450g chicken wings, partly cut off

用廚房紙巾將雞翅上的水份擦乾 Dry the chicken wings with a kitchen towel

調梅子照燒醬,米酒2大匙 Plum teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine

味醂2大匙 Mirin 2 tbsp

醬油2大匙 2 tbsp soy sauce
-
水2大匙 2 tbsp water
-
砂糖2小匙 2 tsp granulated sugar

梅醬1大匙 1 tbsp plum sauce

將所有調料攪拌均勻 Mix all seasonings well

鍋中放入少許油,油熱後放入雞翅,中火將雞翅煎至兩面金黃 After the oil is hot, add the chicken wings and fry the chicken wings on medium heat until golden on both sides

雞翅煎好後先夾出 After the chicken wings are fried, take them out first

用廚房紙巾將鍋中的油擦乾淨 Wipe off the oil in the pan with a kitchen towel

再將雞翅放回鍋中,倒入梅子照燒醬,轉小火滷煮 Then put the chicken wings back into the pot, pour in the plum teriyaki sauce, turn to low heat and cook

滷煮過程中用湯匙舀起醬汁淋在雞翅上 Spoon the sauce over the chicken wings during the stew

持續滷煮到醬汁差不多收乾即可關火 Continue to simmer until the sauce is almost dry, then turn off the fire

將雞翅裝盤,用洋蔥裝飾~完成 Plate the chicken wings and garnish with onions~ Done
