酸菜炒麵腸
描述
麵腸的軟,加上酸菜的脆,翻炒後激盪出的美味,超級好吃的下飯菜。

麵腸絲成小片 Shredded noodle intestines into small pieces

酸菜切成絲 shredded sauerkraut

薑切成絲 shredded ginger

辣椒去籽切絲 Pepper deseeded and shredded

鍋熱後加入1大匙油 When the pan is hot add 1 tbsp oil

放入麵腸,炒至麵腸微微金黃 Add the noodle sausages and fry until the noodle intestines are slightly golden

加入薑絲及辣椒絲,炒香 Add shredded ginger and chilli, sauté until fragrant

再放入酸菜炒1分鐘 Add sauerkraut and fry for 1 minute

加入100cc高湯,翻炒至湯汁收乾 Add 100cc broth, stir-fry until the soup dries up

加入1小匙米酒提香 Add 1 tsp rice wine to enhance flavor

加入1-2小匙糖調味(慢慢加,調整到適合自己的口味) Add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar to taste (add slowly, adjust to suit your taste)

調味料炒勻後,盛入盤中~完成 After the seasoning is well mixed, put it on the plate~ Done
