酸辣雞捲

描述
微酸微辣,入口咬下,嫩豆腐立即爆出與醬汁混合,清爽好吃。喜歡吃較辣的,可以在醬汁中再加入一大匙辣椒醬。

雞胸肉切薄片 Thinly sliced chicken breast

醃雞胸肉,加入1/4大匙(4g)鹽 Marinate chicken breasts with 1/4 tbsp (4g) salt

加入1/2大匙(7-8cc)米酒,將雞胸肉與鹽、米酒攪拌均勻 Add 1/2 tablespoon (7-8cc) rice wine, stir the chicken breast with salt and rice wine evenly

再加入1/2顆蛋白,拌勻 Add 1/2 egg white and mix well

最後加入1茶匙(1.5g)玉米粉,拌勻後放置一旁醃漬備用 Finally, add 1 teaspoon (1.5g) cornflour, mix well and set aside to marinate for later use

嫩豆腐切成粗條狀 Soft tofu cut into thick strips

取一片雞胸肉,鋪平後放上3-4條嫩豆腐條 Take a piece of chicken breast, lay it flat and place 3-4 strips of tender tofu

用雞胸肉將嫩豆腐包起來,然後再捲起來 Wrap the tender tofu with chicken breast and then roll it up

水燒開後,將雞捲放入蒸籠,入鍋蒸5-6分鐘 After the water boils, put the chicken rolls into the steamer and steam for 5-6 minutes

調醬汁~加入1/2大匙辣椒末 Adjust the sauce ~ add 1/2 tbsp minced pepper

加入1/2大匙蒜末 Add 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

加入1大匙醋 add 1 tablespoon vinegar

加入1大匙糖 add 1 tablespoon sugar

加入1大匙檸檬汁 Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice

加入1/4大匙(4g)匙鹽 Add 1/4 tablespoon (4g) spoon of salt

加入1/4大匙(4cc)香油 Add 1/4 tablespoon (4cc) sesame oil
-
加入1/4大匙(4cc)辣油 Add 1/4 tablespoon (4cc) chili oil

攪拌均勻 Stir well

將蒸好的雞捲取出擺盤 Take the steamed chicken rolls out of the plate

淋上醬汁~完成 Drizzle with sauce ~ done
