Mix the butter and sugar. 室溫奶油跟糖打至奶白

add sifted flour, cornflour and baking powder. 加入篩過的面粉,粟粉和泡打粉

Add eggs, vanilla oil ( 3-4times) 加入蛋及香油 分3至4次加入

Mix still it is smooth 打至滑質

Add diced apples and put in the tin 加入蘋果丁 然後放入用器

Combine flour, butter, sugar ,rub together till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping 奶油從雪櫃拿出 , 切成小粒,加入糖和面粉用指尖將材料快手磋成不用大小的粒狀放上容器

Bake 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C 放入已預熱的焗爐180度焗至金黃色便完成,約40-45分鐘。
