(素)酸辣湯

黑木耳切絲 Shredded black fungus

竹筍切絲 Shred bamboo shoots

胡蘿蔔切絲 Shred carrots

榨菜切絲 Shred mustard

豆腐切粗條 Cut tofu into thick strips

辣椒切末 minced chili pepper

鍋燒熱,加入1大匙油,放入辣椒炒香 Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add chili and stir-fry until fragrant

放入木耳絲、筍絲、蘿蔔絲、榨菜絲一起翻炒1分鐘 Add shredded fungus, bamboo shoots, radish and mustard and stir-fry for 1 minute

加入1200cc清水,煮滾 Add 1200cc water and bring to boil

水滾後放入豆腐,再次滾沸後續煮2分鐘 After the water boils, add the tofu, bring to a boil again and cook for 2 minutes

加入鹽、醬油、細砂糖、糯米醋各1小匙 Add 1 tsp each of salt, soy sauce, caster sugar, and glutinous rice vinegar
