【養生食療菜譜】山藥豆腐

描述
山藥又稱淮山、山芋、山薯,是一種生長在土壤中的根莖類植物,主要分布在熱帶與亞熱帶地區,有多達 600多類的品種,其中最常見的為日本山藥、捏芋、紫山藥等。山藥的營養價值很高,自古以來就被視為補虛佳品。
這道山藥豆腐--健脾益氣、促進食慾,拌飯吃,好吃又開胃。

山藥去皮後切成小丁 Peeled yam and cut into small cubes

豆腐切成小方塊 tofu cut into small cubes

鍋熱後加入油,再將蒜末及絞肉放入炒至肉變色 After the pan is hot, add oil, then add minced garlic and minced meat and fry until the meat changes color

水煮滾後放入山藥,翻炒一下 After the water boils, add the yam and stir fry

最後推炒一下 Last push
