冬瓜去皮及挖去瓜囊後,切成塊 Peel the white gourd and dig out the sacs, then cut into pieces

薑切絲 Ginger shredded

鍋中放入少許油,放入薑絲,炒出薑香味 Put a little oil in the pot, add ginger, fry until the ginger fragrance

薑香味出來後,加入冬瓜略為拌炒 After the ginger fragrance comes out, add the white gourd and stir fry slightly

加入3大匙(45cc)醬油 Add 3 tablespoons (45cc) soy sauce

1/2大匙(7g-8g)細砂糖 1/2 tablespoon (7g-8g) caster sugar

水350cc Water 350cc

蓋上鍋蓋,讓冬瓜悶煮入味 Cover the pot and let the white gourd simmer

悶煮到筷子可以很輕易穿透冬瓜即可 Simmer until chopsticks can easily penetrate the white gourd

將煮好的冬瓜裝入盤子,撒上蔥花~完成 Put the boiled white gourd on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion ~ done
