去掉核桃外殼並用熱水浸泡一下核桃仁; Crack the walnuts and then soak them in hot water.

用牙籤挑去薄膜; Peel Peel off the thin film with toothpicks.

加入椰糖和水; Stir the walnuts with coconut sugar and water until dissolved.

大火煮沸後轉中小火; Bring to a boil then change to low heat.

翻拌數次,至至糖水收乾,包覆均勻; Boil the mixture until thickened.

撒上白芝麻,翻拌,再撒; Sprinkle white sesames with a pinch of salt.

然後把核桃均勻地攤在烤盤上; Spread the walnuts evenly on a baking tray.

150度烤20分鐘; Bake for 20 minutes at 150C.
