蔥雞湯煨麵

北加最近季節轉換,天氣忽冷忽熱的,煮個簡單的蔥雞湯補補身體~材料跟做法都很簡單💫

蔥切段Cut the scallions into sections.

香菇切片slice the mushrooms.

雞腿皮面朝下,小火煎至金黃(怕噴油可以蓋鍋蓋)Place the chicken thighs skin side down and fry over low heat until golden brown (cover with lid)

雞腿取出切塊,加入一點香油,再加入青蔥煸蔥油(一定要小火,不然會苦!)Take out the chicken thighs and cut them. Add sesame oil, then add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

等到蔥變成圖片的顏色即可濾出蔥油 Once the green onions turn the color of a picture, you can strain out the scallion oil.

加入一半蔥油後,將雞腿和香菇倒回去鍋中拌炒After adding half of the scallion oil, pour the chicken thighs and mushrooms back into the pan and stir-fry.

確保鍋子熱時倒入滾水八分滿,將剩下蔥油加入,最後煮麵條即可食用!Ensure the pot is hot before pouring in boiling water,add the remaining scallion oil, and finally cook the noodles!
