8.5公分布丁杯3個,塗上奶油 3 8.5cm pudding cups, coated with cream

煮至糖溶解且焦糖化後,加入2大匙熱水 Cook until the sugar is dissolved and caramelized, then add 2 tablespoons of hot water

小撇步
小秘訣~
1、煮焦糖時不要用湯匙或筷子去攪拌,待焦糖色出來後再稍微提起鍋子晃動
2、加入焦糖的水,一定要用熱水
3、蛋液加入牛奶時,攪拌的動作用快
4、加入烤盤的水,要用熱水
5、布丁要完全冷卻後,再放入冰箱
