起司馬鈴薯麵包

描述
這一款的麵包外皮酥脆,沒有很厚的麵包層,但有厚厚的馬鈴薯內餡,馬鈴薯泥中加入鮮奶油,口感滑順,再加上融化的起司,每一口都是滿足。
食材
步驟

1顆雞蛋、80cc室溫牛奶加入攪拌盆中,混合 Add 1 egg and 80cc room temperature milk into the mixing bowl, mix

加入4公克酵母粉 Add 4 grams of yeast powder

加入20公克細砂糖 Add 20 grams of caster sugar

將糖攪拌至溶解 Stir the sugar until dissolved

加入200公克高筋麵粉 Add 200 grams of high-gluten flour

加入3公克鹽 Add 3 grams of salt

用麵粉將鹽稍微覆蓋 lightly cover the salt with flour

將麵糰攤開,中間挖出凹洞 Spread out the dough and make a hole in the center

用攪拌刀輔助攪拌麵糰,讓麵糰吸收奶油 Use a mixing knife to help stir the dough, allowing the dough to absorb the cream

接著攪揉麵糰 then knead the dough

做內餡~馬鈴薯去皮,放入裝有水的鍋中 Make the filling ~ peel the potatoes and put them in a pot with water

擀好的麵團放入烤盤或烤盆 Place the rolled dough in a baking tray or pan

平舖入馬鈴薯餡料 Spread into Potato Filling

舖上披薩用起司絲 Shredded cheese for pizza

蓋上另一半麵糰 Cover with the other half of the dough

將上下兩片麵糰邊緣黏合 Glue the edges of the top and bottom pieces of dough together

黏合處收到麵糰下方 The glued part is received under the dough

包上保鮮膜,發酵35-40分鐘 Wrap in plastic wrap and ferment for 35-40 minutes

40分鐘後表面刷上牛奶 After 40 minutes, brush the surface with milk
