梅子和風沙拉醬~山藥、秋葵、蕃茄元氣沙拉

吃起來口感黏呼呼的山藥及秋葵,富含多種維生素及營養,搭配清爽的梅子沙拉醬,營養又好吃。
份量

山藥切成不規則的一口大小 yams cut into irregular bite sizes

秋葵去頭,斜刀切成對半 Okra head removed, cut in half with a diagonal knife

水滾將秋葵放入煮1分半後撈出 Bring the water to a boil, put the okra in and cook for 1 and a half minutes, then remove

接著放入山藥煮1分半後撈出 Then add the yam and cook for 1 and a half minutes, then remove

梅子醬40g放入碗中 Put 40g of plum sauce in a bowl

加入1/2大匙鰹魚醬油 Add 1/2 tbsp bonito soy sauce

加入1大匙味醂 Add 1 tbsp mirin

加入100cc蘋果醋 Add 100cc apple cider vinegar

加入2大匙蜂蜜 Add 2 tbsp honey

加入1/4小匙太白粉 Add 1/4 tsp cornstarch

攪拌均勻後微波2分鐘 Mix well and microwave for 2 minutes

2分鐘後取出,攪拌後再次微波2分鐘 Remove after 2 minutes, stir and microwave again for 2 minutes
