銀芽炒素絲

描述
銀芽菜屬於豆芽菜的一種,去掉頭尾的叫做「銀芽」。
銀芽口感比較爽脆,據說慈禧太后也愛「鑲銀芽」中段挖空塞入雞肉餡蒸熟。豆芽多了「去頭尾」動作變銀芽~身價也跟著大不同。

豆芽去掉頭尾,加工成銀芽,需要130g Remove the head and tail of bean sprouts and process them into silver sprouts, which requires 130g

青椒、紅椒切絲 Shredded green and red peppers

薑片切絲 shredded ginger
