蛋豆腐(Egg tofu)

天熱,來份清爽的蛋豆腐,最是好吃。
簡單的蛋+豆腐,滿滿的蛋白質,好吃、清爽、美味無負擔。

蛋四顆打入碗中 Beat four eggs into a bowl

將蛋打散 break up the eggs

加入1g鹽 add 1g salt

加入1g柴魚粉 Add 1g bonito powder

攪拌至鹽融化 Stir until the salt dissolves

加入320cc豆漿 Add 320cc soy milk

將豆漿液過濾進舖有保鮮膜的容器 Filter the soy milk into a container lined with plastic wrap

容器蓋上保鮮膜後,用牙籤搓幾個洞 After the container is covered with plastic wrap, rub a few holes with a toothpick

電鍋外鍋倒一杯水,將蛋豆腐放在蒸架上 Pour a glass of water into the outer pot of the electric cooker, and place the egg tofu on the steaming rack

蒸好後取出,掀去保鮮膜 After steaming, take it out and remove the cling film

容器蓋上盤子,翻轉,將蛋豆腐取出 Cover the container with a plate, turn it over, and take out the egg tofu
