豆芽菜&青蔥&豬絞肉的異國風溫沙拉

將清洗好的豆芽菜及青蔥放一起 Put the cleaned bean sprouts and shallots together

魚露、檸檬汁、蜂蜜倒入碗中,拌勻 Put fish sauce, lemon juice, honey into a bowl and mix well

鍋燒熱,放入絞肉翻炒至肉變色 Heat the pan, add the minced meat and stir fry until the meat changes color

接著將豆芽菜及青蔥加入翻炒至豆芽菜變透明 Then add the bean sprouts and shallots and stir fry until the bean sprouts turn transparent
