月亮蝦餅
描述
蝦餅在還沒有炸透時一整片白白圓圓的就好像滿月一樣,自己做的蝦餅,用料實在好吃。
多做幾片冰在冷凍,想吃時就拿一片出來煎,方便又好吃。

大蝦仁2隻切小丁 2 large prawns, diced

將另外6隻大蝦仁切小塊 Cut the other 6 large prawns into small pieces

豬板油也切小塊 Pork suet is also cut into small pieces

混合6隻切小塊的蝦仁跟豬板油,用刀剁成蝦泥 Mix 6 pieces of diced shrimp with pork suet, use a knife to chop into shrimp paste

將剁好的蝦泥放入碗中 Put the minced prawns in a bowl

在蝦泥中加入蒜末 Add minced garlic to shrimp paste

加入蔥末 add chopped green onion

加入蛋液 add egg

加入玉米粉 add cornmeal

加入魚露 add fish sauce

最後將2隻切好的蝦仁小丁也加入 Finally, add the 2 sliced diced shrimp

用筷子用朝一個方向攪拌,將所有材料攪拌混合 Use chopsticks to stir in one direction to mix all the ingredients
