花椒馬鈴薯肉絲

原本的大胃王,想要減少食量,利用馬鈴薯的耐饑效果,是很好的選擇。

步驟

馬鈴薯削去外皮,切絲 Potatoes peeled and shredded

將切好絲的馬鈴薯淋入熱開水汆燙後撈出 Put the shredded potatoes in hot water and blanch them out

肉絲用1小匙醬油攪拌醃漬 Shredded pork marinated with 1 tsp soy sauce

辣椒去籽後切絲 De-seeded and shredded peppers

鍋熱後倒入油15cc,放入花椒,小火炒出香味 After the pot is hot, pour in 15cc of oil, add Chinese pepper, stir fry on low heat until fragrant

香味出來後將花椒撈起 After the fragrance comes out, pick up the peppercorns

放入豬肉絲,炒至顏色改變 Add shredded pork and fry until the color changes

再放入馬鈴薯絲及辣椒絲,拌炒均勻 Add in the shredded potato and chili, stir fry evenly
