Tear a long piece of aluminum foil. Make 2/3 of it into a foil tray. Make a small divider at roughly 1/3~1/4 loc. (Space for Enoki).

[Enoki] Tear it into stripe pieces and place it on the foil (Loc.1, area with extra foil) Spread black pepper, salt and pieces of butter. Mix slightly

[Salmon] Defrost-marinate with salt(5min)-absorb the water-marinate with rice wine-spread some dressing(ex herbs) Put it onto the foil tray (Loc. 2)

[Asparagus] Remove woody ends. Cut them into desired length. Arrange them onto the foil

[foil tray] Remember to leave space for potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 400F (switch to broil)

Fold the extra foil inward to cover up the Enoki section (Loc. 1) Try to make it sealed.

Start baking. (Roughly 6min. and prepare potatoes at the same time)

[Potatoes] Chop it into smaller pieces(3/4inch) After rinsing them with water, put them into a bowl with a cover Microwave them for 5min(high power)

When the potatoes are done, put them onto the foil tray. (Don’t let them stick tgt. Make sure they have even height on the tray) Spray oil on top

Bake for another 10min.

If the fish is not fresh, use lemon pepper seasoning
Uneven height of ingredients on the tray will burned edges(potatoes)
Use 400-450F for last 2min if one prefers burned potatoes
