上面可以放各種水果,其中以草莓最普遍
這種甜點和一般的蛋糕不同,本體是由餅乾,核桃,蛋白等組成
上面的霜是由鮮奶油,糖粉等組成

Preheat oven to 300 F/150 C

Grind crackers in blender, don’t blend it too fine to powder.

Whip the egg whites. After its fluffed, add baking powder, sugar little by little, vanilla extract. Beat until it’s stiff.

Add in ground crackers and chopped pecans. Mix it with spatula.

Grease the cake mold, cut a parchment paper that fits the cake mold bottom. Place the paper in the cake mold.

Pour in the mixture in the cake mold carefully. Put in the preheated oven. Bake for about 40 min. Check constantly. Don’t over bake it.

Take out the cake and remove it from the mold and paper. Let it cool.

Whip the cold heavy cream in clean bowl. After its fluffed, add in pieces of cream cheese, powder sugar, and vanilla extract.

Assemble the Mostachón. Spread the frosting on the top of the cake, put the strawberries on top and make it pretty.
