雞肉切小口狀. 薑切片如果你是買新鮮的. Cut chicken into bite size. Cut ginger if you bought them fresh.

熱鍋, 加入一大匙的麻油, 姜, 最後加入雞肉, 炒至雞肉變白. Heat up the pot and add 1tbsp. of sesame oil, ginger then chicken, panfry until chicken is slightly cooked.

加米酒水和鹽. 上蓋子煮開後轉小火再煮10分鐘. Add rice wine water, then salt. Bring to boil, turn the heat down and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

最後加入剩下的2大匙麻油. 攪拌均勻. Add the remaining 2 tbsp. of sesame oil. Mix well.
