步驟

無骨雞腿肉用肉槌稍微拍扁. 熱油至375F/ 190C. Beat the chicken legs flat. Heat the deep fryer to 375F/ 190C.

混和盆裡加入麵粉, 玉米粉, 雞粉, 鹽, 胡椒, 最後加入水. 攪拌均勻. Mix flour, corn starch, chicken stock, salt, pepper and water into a mixing bowl. Mix well.

將雞腿沾上步驟2. Dip chicken legs into step 2.

蕃薯粉放進一個盤子裡後將雞排一片片包裹均勻. Prepare the potato starch onto a plate and coat each chicken leg completely.

放進炸鍋炸約3-5分鐘. Deep fry each chicken steak for 3-5 mins.

翻面後繼續炸一分鐘或直到金黃. Flip the chicken steaks and fry for another minute or until golden.

稍微瀝油. Drip the oil.
