Easy to make. Taste good. Kids will like the threads that form.

食材
芋頭
1快
馬鈴薯
1快
白糖
8 tsp
麥芽糖
1 tsp
flour
4 tbsp
雞蛋

    Peel taro and yam. Use any kind of yam you want.

    Cut into thick strips
  • 3
    Batter with the flour and egg (egg first). Shake off extra flour.
  • 4
    Fry with oil until done. Drain and rest.
  • 5
    Here it is.

    Add tbsp of oil into pan, add sugar, and heat until the sugar liquifies. Add the maltose. Toss the taro and yam and coat with the sugar.

    Dip each piece into cold water (ice water) to solidify the sugar. Enjoy.
