份量8人份 烹調時間120分鐘

食材

香腸sausage 8條pcs
掃面蛋液egg 適量app
麵包材料bread
溫水warm water 120克g
酵母yeast 3克g
糖sugar 23克g
高筋麵粉bread flour 240克g
鹽salt 3克g
雞蛋egg 30克g
牛油butter 30克g
  • 1首先參考 https://icook.tw/recipes/209514 的步驟1-2和麵糰; Follow step 1-2 of https://icook.tw/recipes/209514 to make dough.
  • 2香腸解凍,在沸騰的水裡煮數分鐘(參考 https://icook.tw/recipes/210818); Unfreeze and boil the sausages for few mins (https://icook.tw/recipes/210818 for production).
  • 3取出麵糰壓走空氣,分成8份,滾圓,靜置15分鐘; Take out the dough, divide into 8 round pieces, rest for 15 mins.
  • 4擀平,造自己喜歡的形狀; Bring your imagination into the baking tray.
  • 5我做了貪睡的小狗; Are the little sleepy puppies cute?
  • 6還有扮演木乃伊的蟲子;靜置30分鐘; Create awaken cute mummies, rest for 30 mins.
  • 7塗上蛋液,放進已預熱190度的烤箱烤約15分鐘; Apply a thin layer of beaten egg on top, bake in the preheated oven at 190C for 15 mins.
  • 8置於架子上待涼; Let them cool at cooling rack.
