麵包條Bread stick

嘴饞的時候不經意隨手一個隨手一個即能解饞,興許連正餐也省著呢!好動的客人拿著,能遊走全場,無拘無束。(謝謝阿姨的照片)

步驟

把製作麵糰所需所有材料放進麵包機內膽; Put all ingredients under (A) in the bread machine.

選擇「搓揉麵糰」模式,需時13分鐘,之後留在機裡面發酵1小時或至雙倍大; Choose 'cookie/pasta dough' mode for bread kneading which takes 13 mins, then rest for 1 hr or till double.

一小時後準備材料(B); Prepare all ingredients under (B).

Manchego是僅一我能夠接受的羊奶芝士; Amongst goat cheese, manchego is the only one so far I can accept.

全部放在碗裡; Put them in a bowl.

混合材料備用; Mix them and set aside.

烤箱預熱190度。案板上撒上一層麵粉,將發酵好的麵團取出; Preheat oven to 190C. Take the dough out and put it on the floured countertop.

以擀麵棍壓展成長方形麵皮; Roll out to rectangular shape.

橄欖油抹於表面; Apply some oil on the surface.

接著撒上步驟6已經準備好的芝士混合物; Sprinkle cheese mixture.

以手掌壓一壓; Press to make sure the mixture will not be separated later.

對折後壓平; Fold and press.

刀子蘸上麵粉切條; Cut as shown.

放進烤盤; Twist each stick then put them onto the baking tray.

190度烤15分鐘; Bake for 15 mins at 190C.

取出趁熱享用。 Take out from the oven and serve warm.

一出爐沒多久就吃光了,在墨爾本的阿姨很快就跟著做了。 Oh no, all gone. My Aunt in Melbourne made her batch, too. She is great!

不夠飽足可以添加這些,成就簡單的午餐。 Add extra food then you feel more than good.

沒有麵包機也可以按照平時做麵包的程序進行。
Hand kneading instead if you have no bread machine.
另外,採用什麼芝士都可以,我一般看冰箱有什麼就用什麼的。
Take whatever cheese left in the refrigerator.
