倘若麵包變硬了,千萬別丟掉; When the bread becomes harder it is the right time to well use of it.

把它剪碎或者切粒; Cut the hard bread into small pieces.

把冰凍的菠菜稍微煮一下,撈起,瀝乾水分; Boil the frozen spinach, rinse and squeeze out the water completely.

把所有的材料準備好; Prepare all the ingredients.

攪拌均勻; Mix well.

再用手拌勻; Mix again with hand.

搓成球狀儘量不要太鬆; Shape into small firmed balls.

放進已預熱的180度烤箱; Bake under preheated 180C for 20 mins.

烤至表面金黃; Well done.
