I am the person who is addicted to curry food. I love all kinds of curry cuisines. I have some friends who are from India and Bangladesh. They taught me how to cook traditional curry food.

    Add cumin seed (孜然) fry onions. Add cardamom,cinema , garlic,ginger, and salt when onions turn golden. And then blend onion
  • 2
    Marinated with chicken Red chili powder, cinnamon powder,cumin seed powder, coriander香菜powder, pepper, yogurt (Greek plain) Cinnamon sticks肉桂 Cardamom (豆蔻 Cumin seed(茴香籽) Turmeric (薑黃)mix with chicken

    Add marinated chicken to fried pan to mix with onions

    Let it cook until bubbles on the top disappear. It takes around 1- 1.5 hr to cook.

    When the food is done, add some parsley flakes西洋香菜 巴西利,ltalian seasoning.
