步驟

Add all ingredients except milk into the bread pan. Put the bread pan in the bread machine.Choose the Dough making program "20".

Press Start. After 3-5min, add into the milk, let it mix till a dough is nicely formed. Take the dough out and sit aside for 15-30min.

Preheat oven at 180°C.

Roll out the dough, cut the dough into desirable shape. line them on the baking sheet, brush on some egg wash.

Bake at 180°C for 15-18min.

1. For thicker & dense scones use bread flour.
2. For lighter & fluffier scones, use all-purpose or pastry flour.
3. For higher scones, flip them over& place upside down on baking tray after cut out
