香菇蒜頭雞煲湯

好久沒有好好煮飯了,最近北加季節轉換很多人都感冒,煮個雞湯補補身體~也是目前我覺得煮過最鮮甜的食譜,營養又美味🤤

步驟

香菇泡水,香菇水留著等下加入雞湯 Soak the mushrooms in water. Reserve the mushroom water.

雞腿排皮面朝下乾煎出雞油,加入一半蒜頭、香菇炒香 Dry fry the chicken thighs (skin side down), add half of the garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant

加入全部香菇水,開大火煮至微滾 Add all the mushroom water and boil over high heat.

加入水淹過雞肉,並將剩下的香菇、蒜頭、白菜梗一起加入,開大火煮滾後轉小火燉15分鐘 Add water and the remaining ingredients. Boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat for 15 minutes.

15分鐘後加入紅棗(記得劃刀)、枸杞小火在燉25分鐘即可食用~ After 15 minutes, add jujube (remember to cut) and goji and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes before serving
