開陽白菜
描述
好吃又簡單料理的家常菜。
大白菜熱量低、可增加飽足感,具有解熱,潤喉,消食下氣,清腸胃,解毒等功能,而且是美國癌症醫學會推廣的30種抗癌蔬果之一。
步驟

蝦米15公克,用米酒浸泡,去除腥味 15 grams of dried shrimp, soaked in rice wine to remove the fishy smell

扁魚乾15公克,切小塊,備用 15g dried flat fish, cut into small pieces, set aside

大白菜葉梗斜刀切片 Chinese cabbage leaf stalks sliced obliquely
