描述
小封~是總鋪師的拿手菜,相傳只會傳給媳婦,味道鹹甜下飯。
步驟

冷鍋放入2大匙油,加熱到手可以感到微熱 Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a cold pan and heat it until you feel slightly hot in your hands

豬皮朝下,輕輕壓在鍋底,來回各刷一次 With the pigskin facing down, gently press it on the bottom of the pot, and brush it back and forth

切成1公分-1.5公分肉片 Cut into 1cm-1.5cm meat slices
