韓式辣炒年糕
描述
年糕柔軟,香辣滑Q入味,炒年糕太好吃了

步驟

青蔥2枝,蔥白切成蔥花 2 stalks shallots, the white of which shall be cut into chopped green onions

紅蘿蔔1/4條,切絲 1/4 carrot, shredded

洋蔥1/2顆,順紋切絲 1/2 onion, shredded

水中加入1小匙油跟1小匙鹽,水滾後將年糕放入,煮至年糕浮起 Add 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the water, boil the water and put the rice cakes in

年糕浮起後,就可以撈起來,瀝乾水份。(留下200cc-250cc的年糕水,待會用來稀釋醬汁) Once the rice cake floats, it can be scooped up and drained. (Leave 200cc-250cc of rice cake water)

鍋熱後加入油15cc After the pan is hot, add 15cc of oil

將紅蘿蔔絲放入翻炒一下 Stir in carrots

把洋蔥絲及蔥花放入翻炒至油亮狀 Add the shredded onion and chopped green onion and stir-fry until oily

加入3大匙韓國辣椒醬,炒出醬香味 Add 3 tbsp of Korean chili paste, stir fry until fragrant

再倒入200cc年糕水,讓韓國辣椒醬與年糕水混合 Pour in 200cc of rice cake water and let the Korean chili paste mix with the rice cake water

接著加入1小匙韓國辣椒粉跟1/4小匙鰹魚粉(或雞精粉) Then add 1 tsp Korean chili powder and 1/4 tsp bonito powder (or chicken stock powder)

把1小匙醬油也加進來 Add 1 tsp soy sauce too

將煮好的韓國年糕放進來,燜煮至湯汁收乾入味 Put the cooked Korean rice cakes in and simmer until the soup is dry and tasty

醬汁差不多收乾後,加入1/2小匙糖,讓辣味更溫和 After the sauce is almost dry, add 1/2 tsp of sugar to make the spiciness milder

把部分的蔥綠絲加入,翻炒一下 Add part of the green onion and stir fry

翻炒完成後,就可以裝盤了 Once you're done frying, it's ready to serve

放上青蔥絲裝飾~韓式辣炒年糕,煮好了 Garnish with shredded shallots~Korean-style spicy fried rice cakes, cooked
