白菜煎餅
描述
簡單又好吃的白菜料理,只要不到50元,用5片大白菜葉,就可以做出2人份的菜餚。

步驟

準備五片清洗乾淨的大白菜葉 Prepare five cleaned Chinese cabbage leaves

用刀子划開兩個缺口 Cut two notches with a knife

碗中倒入250cc水 Pour 250cc of water into the bowl

加入100公克中筋麵粉 Add 100 grams of all-purpose flour

打入一個雞蛋 crack an egg

加入1/2小匙鹽 Add 1/2 tsp salt
-
再加入1/2小匙雞精粉或鰹魚粉 Add 1/2 tsp of chicken stock powder or bonito powde

混合均勻後~麵糊就準備好了 After mixing well ~ the batter is ready

平底鍋燒熱加入一大匙油 Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of oil

取一片大白菜葉,裹上麵糊 Take a Chinese cabbage leaf and wrap it in the batter

放入平底鍋中,開始煎 Put it in a pan and start frying

補上一些麵糊 add some batter

煎到麵糊呈現金黃色後,就可以翻面,再將另一面也煎到金黃 Fry until the batter is golden brown, turn over and fry the other side until golden brown

煎好的餅,用剪刀剪成三段 Pan-fried pie, cut into three pieces with scissors

沾醬~2大匙醬油、1/2大匙白醋、1小匙七味辣椒粉、些許蔥花,攪拌均勻 Dipping sauce ~ 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp chili powder, some green onion, mix well
