長型餅乾~將麵糰桿成厚度1公分的薄片,再分割成寬2*7公分的長條,每天間預留2公分的空間。烘烤溫度160度,時間20-25分鐘,烘烤時間結束將餅乾留在烤箱用餘溫再悶烤5分鐘,之後取出放涼。
