描述
酥、香、鬆軟的餅乾
做成圓形狀酥餅可做成16片,長形狀酥餅可做成27片。
步驟

無鹽奶油室溫軟化,確認用手指可壓出凹洞即可 Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature, and confirm that you can press the holes with your fingers.

混合至看不到麵粉後,用手輕輕將麵糰收攏並揉成團 After mixing until no flour is visible, gently gather and knead the dough with your hands

分割成平均的2份(每份約360g) Divide into 2 equal portions (about 360g each)

將分割好的麵糰用保鮮膜包起來,冷藏30分鐘至1小時 Wrap the divided dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour

利用直徑20公分的圓盤畫一個圓 Draw a circle with a 20 cm diameter disc

取出冷藏後的麵糰,放在一張乾淨的烘焙紙上 Remove the refrigerated dough and place it on a clean sheet of baking paper

長型餅乾~將麵糰桿成厚度1公分的薄片,再分割成寬2*7公分的長條,每天間預留2公分的空間。烘烤溫度160度,時間20-25分鐘,烘烤時間結束將餅乾留在烤箱用餘溫再悶烤5分鐘,之後取出放涼。
