沙茶醬、醬油、糖、米酒及味醂放入碗中,攪拌均勻。 Put the shacha sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and mirin in a bowl and mix well.

在透抽上塗上醬汁,醃漬10分鐘。 Spread the sauce on neritic squid and marinate for 10 minutes.

烤箱預熱至200度,放入醃漬好的透抽,燒烤10分鐘。 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put in the marinated neritic squid, and grill for 10 minutes.

10分鐘後取出烤盤,再塗上醬汁後,續烤5分鐘。 After 10 minutes, take out the pan, coat with the sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes.
