懷舊糕點:鳳梨客氣

繼續用電動攪拌器,將奶油與雞蛋混合均勻。 Continue to use an electric mixer to combine the cream and eggs until smooth.

將200g低筋麵粉過篩入奶油盆 Sift 200g of low-gluten flour into the butter bowl

將低筋麵粉和奶油混合均勻,直到看不到麵粉。 Mix in the low-gluten flour and cream until no more flour is visible.

將麵糊放入擠花袋 Put the batter into the squeeze bag

將麵糊擠入紙模中,每一個重量約80g Squeeze the batter into paper molds, each weighing about 80g

在麵糊上放上鳳梨片 Put pineapple slices on top of the batter

烤箱預熱至180度(上下火皆是),烘烤時間25分鐘。 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (both up and down) and bake for 25 minutes.

準備刷醬,將2顆蛋黃及20g糖粉混合均勻。 To prepare the sauce, mix 2 egg yolks and 20g powdered sugar evenly.

烘烤結束後,取出烤盤,趁熱塗上蛋液。 放涼後就完成了 After baking, remove the pan and coat with egg wash while it is still hot. The cake is done when it cools down
