描述
喜歡吃芝蔴包,又喜歡吃菠蘿包,所以就干脆把芝蔴包包進菠蘿包裡囉!

步驟

麵包機的盆子裡放入除了奶油之外所有麵包的材料開始打成麵糰。 Place all ingredients of the bread dough APART FROM BUTTER into the bread machine & make start the dough making process.

麵糰打3分鐘後加入奶油。 Add the butter into the kneading dough after 3 minutes. 打好麵糰後讓麵糰在機器內發酵一個小時。 Allow the dough to rise in the machine for 1 hour.

在等待麵糰發酵的時候開始做菠蘿皮 While waiting for the dough to rise, start making the skin. 把室溫奶油用中度打發到顏色變淡 Beat the butter(medium speed) til its color turns pale.

加入糖粉繼續拌勻 Add the icing sugar and beat til smooth. 再加入蛋拌勻 Then add the egg and beat til smooth..

加入篩好的麵粉和奶粉拌勻 Add the sieved flour & milk powder and beat til smooth. 放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘 Place into the fridge for 30 minutes.......

取出麵糰分成8等份(~48g)滾圓後醒15分鐘 Separate the bread dough into 8 pieces(~48g) and roll into balls. Then let them set for 15 minutes.

取出菠蘿皮分成8等份(~37)滾圓 Separate the skin dough into 8 pieces (~37g) and roll into balls.

小麵糰不用壓扁,直接把湯圓包起來滾圓,接口朝下放在烤盤上。 Pack a sesame dumpling into a small bread dough, no need to flatten, then roll into balls. Place onto the baking tray.

把菠蘿皮壓平後包住麵包,再用刮刀在表面劃上菠蘿格子 Flatten the skin dough and wrap around the bread dough. Use a butter knife to draw grids on the surface.

放入未開的烤箱發酵45~60分鐘,到大二倍即可。 Place the breads into the oven (off) and let rise for 45~60 minutes or til the size doubles.

從靜止的烤箱取出麵包,用旋風功能預熱烤箱至200℃ Take the breads out of the oven then turn the oven on to fan forced mode and preheat til 200℃.

麵包表面刷上一層蛋液,把烤箱調成上下火功能,放入烤箱烤20~25分鐘。 Egg wash the breads. Change the oven to pizza mode and bake the bread for 20~25 minutes..
