將葡萄乾泡進熱水裡直到膨脹. 濿乾. Soak raisins with hot water in a small bowl. Let stand until plump. Drain well.

烤箱預熱350F/175C. 將烘培紙鋪在烤盤上預備. Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Line baking sheets on baking pan.

攪拌: 燕麥, 麵粉, 泡打粉, 和鹽後放旁邊. Mix: Oats, flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.

用攪拌器將牛油和黃糖直到膨脹. 加入蛋和香草, 繼續攪拌. Beat butter with sugar in a large bowl, using an electric mixer, until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

加入隻前攪拌好的燕麥麵粉. 最後加入葡萄乾. Stir in oat mixture, using a spatula. Finally stir in raisins.

Spoon small portions of dough onto prepared sheets. Flatten them slightly with fingers. Bake in the oven until edges are golden, 10 to 12 min.
