步驟

洋蔥切碎 Chopped onion.

將洋蔥炒軟,分成兩份,一半先放旁邊,另一半放進攪拌盆. Sauté onion until soft and then cool it down completely. Split into 2 parts.

用手將以下材料捏勻: 洋蔥,絞牛肉,絞豬肉,鹽,蛋和麵包粉. Mix by hand: onion, ground beef, ground pork, salt, ground pepper, egg and breadcrumbs.

取1份以雙手來回拍打讓空氣排出, 將每份肉團如法炮製. Tossing mixtures from left to right hand a couple of times in order to release the air inside for all patties.

熱鍋後將肉排以大火煎至焦黃. Pan-fried one side of the patties until it become medium to dark brown and form a crust on high heat.

轉至中火候,將水倒入鍋中關上蓋子煮至漢堡排全熟 Turn the heat down, pour the water into the pan and cook with the lid closed for 2 minus or the patties are completely cooked.

漢堡排翻面繼續煎至焦黃 Flip the Hamburger and continue cooking until browned

取出漢堡排 Take the hamburgers out and set aside.

醬料:在同一個鍋裡加入另一半洋蔥,醬油和黑胡椒.炒約一分鐘左右. Sauce: Add the rest of the onion into the same pan, add soy sauce and ground pepper and cook for a minus or so.

漢堡排盛盤淋上醬料 Put the hamburgers onto a plate and pour sauce on top
