新鮮採摘自 自家菜園的甜菜根, 棒極了血紅般艷紅的顏色, 『一定是富含鉄質吧!” 心裡不禁如是想, 網路爬了一下文, 怎麼好多人說它有一股 『土味』,不討喜, 而我卻愛它那股淡淡的 earthy flavor.
這道料理簡單易做, 是一道舒心的炎夏消暑料理!

步驟

鴨蛋煮熟, 待涼後, 將蛋黃壓碎與美奶滋拌勻置冰箱放涼; 蛋白切小丁備用 hard boiled ducks, then separated the yolk and the white (crush the yolk and combine with mayonnaise)

將所有根莖類洗淨, 連皮置入電鍋中蒸熟, 放涼後切成適當大小丁狀備用 diced the eggs white and set aside; boil rhizomes with skin on, wait until chill then diced

將所有食材均勻混合後, 加入前項蛋黃美奶拌勻置入冰箱放涼即可佐以麵包或土司食用 combine all ingredients then put them in the fridge, serve with breads

1.可視個人喜好選用雞或鴨蛋 (u are free to use any kinds of egg u prefer)
2.甜菜根易脫色, 故蒸煮或以烤箱烤時, 建議連皮一起煮 (cook or bake beetroot with skin on to prevent discolored)
