A very easy home dish you can cook and prepare in 10 minutes. It's light and of enjoyable and definitely a great eat to complete your day!
1slice your green apple, ham, 蒟篛 into slices, whatever size that fits your mouth. The tip is do whatever you think it's great!
2If you're using dry sea week, boil it in hot water for 30~60 seconds, depends on your own preference, the longer, the softer. Drain the water off and put it aside to cool it down a bit.
3Mix see weed, green apple, ham and 蒟篛 by hand. Use hand, so you feel the food and share the love.
4put some extra olive oil, 2 tea spoons of vinegar, tiny scent of 香油. If you like spices, put some red chillies and pepper. Remember to season it with sea salt.
5chop the coriander into small pieces and a little bit lemon juice and mix it by your hand.
6decorate with some coriander on top, and you're done.
