高麗菜葉洗乾淨後,用手撕成小片 After washing the cabbage leaves, tear them into small pieces by hand

紅蘿蔔削去外皮,切絲 Carrots peeled and shredded

在高麗菜葉與紅蘿蔔絲中加入1/2大匙鹽 Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the cabbage leaves and shredded carrots

揉拌均勻後,靜置醃漬1小時以上,至葉片變軟 After kneading evenly, let it stand and marinate for more than 1 hour, until the leaves become soft

葉片軟後,用手擠出汁液(汁液擠得越乾淨,泡菜越爽脆) Then squeeze out the juice by hand (the cleaner the juice is squeezed, the crispier the kimchi will be)

加入2小匙糖 Add 2 tsp sugar

加入2小匙醋 Add 2 tsp vinegar

將所有材料攪拌均勻後放入冰箱冷藏一個晚上 Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
