啤酒滷雞翅

雞翅料理很多人愛吃,作法也很多,這份食譜做出的雞翅口味鹹甜香,很下飯,做下酒菜也很適合,且做法簡單。

步驟

雞翅放入鍋中,煎到雞皮表面金黃,翅小腿的部分,建議切開,這樣會比較容易入味 Put the chicken wings into the pan and fry until the surface of the chicken skin is golden

煎到一面金黃後,將雞翅翻面,將另一面也煎到金黃 When one side is golden brown, turn the chicken wings over and fry the other side until golden brown

雞翅煎好後,加入約兩個蒜瓣切成的蒜末 After the chicken wings are fried, add about two garlic cloves minced garlic

再加入1大匙砂糖 Add 1 tablespoon more sugar

1/4小匙鹽 1/4 tsp salt

1/4小匙黑胡椒粉 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

然後加入200cc啤酒 Then add 200cc beer

蓋上鍋蓋,中小火滷15分鐘 Cover the pot and marinate for 15 minutes on medium-low heat

15分鐘後,掀開鍋蓋,繼續煮至湯汁收乾 After 15 minutes, lift the lid and continue to cook until the soup dries up

湯汁差不多收乾,將雞翅夾出來裝盤 The soup is almost dry, take out the chicken wings and put them on a plate
