花椒鹽,常用於油炸食物沾食之用。四川菜常用味道之一,香麻而鹹
步驟

青花椒跟紅花椒倒入鍋中 Green sichuan peppercorns and red sichuan peppercorns into the pot

小火炒至花椒香味溢出 Sauté on low heat until the aroma of sichuan peppercorns overflows

將炒好的花椒裝入盤中冷卻 Put the fried sichuan peppercorns in a plate to cool

冷卻的花椒放入研磨機中打成粉末 Put the sichuan peppercorns in a grinder and grind it into powder

用篩網過篩出較細緻的花椒粉 Use a sieve to sieve out finer sichuan peppercorn powder
