節瓜與敏豆的起司溫沙拉

鮮美多汁的櫛瓜與濃郁的起司,意外的搭。
簡單的調味,美味又健康。

櫛瓜切去部份頭尾,對半切後,再切成5公分小段 Cut off the head and tail of the cucurbita pepo, cut in half, and then cut into 5 cm pieces

敏豆對半切 Cut the garden beans in half

德國香腸斜切成小塊 German sausages cut diagonally into small pieces

鍋熱後倒入橄欖油,將櫛瓜、敏豆及德國香腸放入,煎至櫛光呈焦黃色,熟透為止。 Heat the pan with olive oil, add the cucurbita pepo, garden beans and German sausage, fry until light and brown.
