冬瓜糖磚
描述
冬瓜一身是寶!冬瓜不僅消暑,還能減肥、消水腫。
冬瓜性寒味甘,能清熱生津、避暑除煩,所以在夏日服食尤為適宜。 冬瓜含有豐富維生素C,且鉀鹽含量高,鈉鹽含量較低,高血壓、腎臟病、浮腫病等患者食之,可達到消腫而不傷正氣的作用。
自己煮的冬瓜糖磚,用的是實實在在的冬瓜,沒有添加任何香料。在夏天用一塊冬瓜糖磚煮一壺吃得到冬瓜的冬瓜茶,加入冰塊,清涼消暑。

步驟

冬瓜切成約1*1公分的小方塊 Cut the winter squash into small cubes about 1*1 cm

加入冬瓜重量0.8倍的二砂糖 Add 2 sugar 0.8 times the weight of the wax gourd

拌勻後,放入冰箱靜置一小時,待冬瓜出水。 After mixing, put it in the refrigerator for an hour until the water comes out.

一小時後,將冬瓜(含冬瓜出的水)倒入果汁機,打成冬瓜漿。 After one hour, put the wax gourd into the blender and make a wax gourd pulp.

將冬瓜漿倒入鍋中,開小火,開始熬煮。期間要不斷攪拌。 Pour the melon paste into the pot, turn on a low heat and start to boil. Stir continuously during this time.

熬煮約兩小時後,冬瓜糖液變得濃稠,且舀起會出現掛糖情況。 After boiling for about two hours, the winter melon sugar solution becomes thick, and the sugar will appear when scooped.

加入冬瓜重量0.2倍的黑糖,繼續攪拌,炒出黑糖的香味。 Add brown sugar 0.2 times the weight of the wax gourd, continue to stir, and fry the brown sugar fragrance.

大約再煮半小時,用湯匙舀起,糖漿會凝固在湯匙上,就煮好了。 Cook for about another half hour, spoon it up, the syrup will solidify on the spoon and it's done.

將冬瓜糖倒入舖有烘焙紙的方形模中。 Pour the winter melon sugar into a square tin lined with parchment paper.

用湯匙或攪拌棍將冬瓜糖桿成厚度一致的方形。 Use a spoon or mixing stick to form the winter melon candy sticks into squares of uniform thickness.

待冬瓜糖稍涼,將冬瓜糖切成大小差不多的小方塊。之後放置冷卻,冬瓜糖就完成了。 Cut the melon into small cubes after it cools down. After cooling, the winter melon candy is done.
